Story Dreams - Put Learners in a Dream-Like State in Learning


What is the function of dreams in our lives? In learning? Psychologists say dreams allow us to complete stories in our minds. As these stories are completed in one's mind, the more we are able to deal with unresolved issues in real life - when we are awake. 

The video above is an interesting way to place the learner in a "Dream state." The visualization of a story  allows the learner to imagine the possibilities, beyond now and here. Like what David Cooperrider said about Appreciative Inquiry - DREAM: The envisioning of processes that would work well in the future.
