They will also do a lot more work before/after that training. C<br />Competence is considered as knowledge, skills and attitude. <br /><br />I think people can learn lots on their own. They can get knowledge almost anywhere these days and I know that my attitude is regularly questionned via SoMe tools and forums etc...
