Jiro Dreams of Sushi - Incredible insights into learning our craft

The movie "Jiro Dreams of Sushi" reminded me of the need for designers, developers and leaders as well as all types of workers to focus on refining our craft. Sadly, our world today forces us to focus on speed rather than quality. 

Jiro Sushi bar won three Michelin Stars - one wonders how Jiro achieved this when he only serves ten people at a time. He charges a minimum of $300 per person. Reservations are accepted only months in advance.
