The sixth sense in virtual relationships

At DevLearn Mobile

Why do relationships work successfully even if we don't have as much face-to-face interactions?

Conventional thinking says that one can only assess people better with face-to-face meetings or encounters. So what happens to our relationships when face-to-face is only 3 percent and 97 percent is through virtual tools? Actually, we develop the sixth sense ... to compensate for the gap.

For example:

We listen to the tone of the voice.

We interpret attitudes through the words used and exchanged.

We observe character by promptness, courtesy, or care.

Next time you talk to someone by phone, by email, Instant Messaging, or blog try to observe, listen, and see how your sixth sense works.

Try it. Nurture it.
